Pricing and Payment

  • Quotations: Prices for services will be provided in written quotes prior to service commencement. Quotes are valid for a specified period and are subject to change based on the project scope and requirements.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers.
  • Late Payments: Payments not received within the agreed-upon timeframe may incur late fees. MVP Electric reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.

 

Warranties and Guarantees
MVP Electric provides warranties for its services, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Specific warranties may vary by service:

  • All electrical work is guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of completion. This warranty covers workmanship and materials.
  • In the event of a warranty claim, the customer must contact MVP Electric within the warranty period, and we will assess and resolve the issue at no additional charge, provided it falls within the warranty scope.

 

Limitation of Liability
MVP Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
